1.1. The buyer has the right to refuse the received goods of inadequate quality after its inspection at the time of acceptance of the goods.
1.2. In case of refusal of the goods of inadequate quality, the cost of which was paid by the Buyer by bank transfer, the Seller shall refund the Buyer for the goods of inadequate quality within 3 banking days.
